Ingredients of Pasta au gratin
- Prepare of Boiled pasta.
- You need of Marinated chicken in tikka masala.
- It's of Veggies.
- It's of White sauce made from maida 5Tbs butter50g and milk.
- You need of Chilli garlic paste.
- Prepare 200 g of Shredded cheese.
Pasta au gratin instructions
- Cook the marinated tikka chicken and put it aside. Should be in small pieces.
- Make the white sauce by first mixing butter and maida together.. then add black pepper and salt. Add milk for some consistency then add cheese.. 50g.
- Take a bowl and put boiled pasta in it. Then add the chicken then add the white sauce.. add the chilli garlic sauce acc to your taste the. Add cheese..
- Repeat this step 3 times and on top add cheese and oregano for garnishing.
- Bake in oven for 10 mnts at 170 degrees.
